In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore how mindfulness and nature-based practices can strengthen children’s capacity to navigate challenges with confidence, courage, and calm. Rooted in play, curiosity, and connection, this session offers practical tools to help children develop emotional flexibility, self-regulation, and a resilient mindset.
Each workshop includes gentle, grounding practices for calm and renewal, creating a soothing and supportive atmosphere before we move into learning and reflection.
