Delivered seasonally in partnership with the City of St. Catharines, our classes provide children and youth with welcoming, community-based opportunities to grow, play, and connect.

Mindful, play-based movement for children and youth in St. Catharines.
Our classes blend yoga, mindfulness, movement, and nature-inspired activities to support the whole child. Each session helps children build confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience — all in a playful, accessible, and supportive environment.
Whether your child is brand new or has been with us for years, our programs meet them right where they are, offering early support and lifelong skills they can use anywhere.

Nature Mindfulness
A calming, nature-rich break from the busy school week.
Join us at Malcolmson EcoPark for grounding sessions that help children slow down, recharge, and reconnect with the natural world. Our nature mindfulness program blends gentle movement, quiet reflection, and playful exploration — supporting emotional regulation, confidence, and a deep sense of calm.

Port Weller Community Centre
A playful, empowering summer program designed to help kids grow their confidence, creativity, and emotional awareness through nature-based exploration.
Each week, we begin at Port Weller Community Centre before heading into Malcolmson EcoPark for an uplifting blend of movement, mindfulness, and outdoor adventure. Children learn to trust themselves, connect with others, and explore the natural world with curiosity and joy.
