Start the year with intention, clarity, and calm. In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore simple, sustainable mindfulness practices that help children, families, and educators ease into a new year with grounded energy. Together, we’ll look at how to create daily and weekly routines that support emotional regulation, connection, and wellbeing—without adding overwhelm.

Each workshop includes gentle, grounding practices for calm and renewal, offering participants space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves.
