Kids, Youth, Teen Yoga and Mindfulness Classes in St. Catharines

Wellchild Niagara offers seasonal yoga, mindfulness and nature-based classes that give children and youth welcoming opportunities to move, grow and connect.

Delivered in partnership with the City of St. Catharines, our community classes blend mindful movement, creative play, emotional learning and nature exploration to support the whole child—physically, socially and emotionally.

Whether your child is joining us for the first time or returning for another season, each program meets them where they are and introduces practical wellbeing skills they can use anywhere.
